The mission The Purple Heart is to foster an environment of goodwill and camaraderie among combat wounded veterans, promote patriotism, support necessary legislative initiatives, and most importantly, provide service to all veterans and their families.

Required with application
Make sure all documents are COMPLETE and LEGIBLE.
Lifetime Membership fee is $200.00 which can be paid all at once or in four (4) equal payments.
Veteran Applicant
- DD214 Member-4 or Service-2 with Purple Heart Award AND Honorable or General discharge, OR
- DD215 (if Purple Heart Award, Honorable or General discharge is not on DD214), supported by DD214, OR
- AGO 53-55 or General Orders of the award of he Purple Heart (Certificates showing the award of the Purple Heart Medal are not accepted.)
Active Duty Applicant
Provide PCS Orders and General Orders of the award of he Purple Heart. (Certificates showing the award of the Purple Heart Medal are not accepted.)
Enrollment
Enroll online at the National MOPH website and then scroll to join as a member or an associate member.

Donate
Using the online portal will donate to the Purple Heart Combat Wounded Veterans of Arizona – the 501(c)(3) entity of the Department of Arizona Military Order of the Purple Heart.
Funds designated & noted for specific chapters will go in their entirety to said chapter.
Otherwise, funds will be delivered, in full, to the department.
